Guidelines for New and Existing Members
Please Remember
- Our club is non banner waving and we do not go out of our way to
attract attention to the fact that we are gay.
- All of the sites we use are also used by heterosexual members of
the public and their families. We should not behave in a manner that is likely
to cause offence.
- We reserve the right to amend the guidelines as and when
necessary. The amended guidelines will then take precedence.
What You Agree
- You, and any of your guests, agree to adhere to the rules of any
site that we visit.
- That you, or any guest of yours, will not bring the club or the
gay community into disrepute.
- To treat the 'Trailer' and any information, including addresses
and telephone numbers, as strictly confidential. Not to disclose nor cause to
be disclosed any such information unless that person is a member of the
'Freedom Club'.
- That this is an adults club and as a member you are at least 18
years of age and that you will not bring a guest to a meet or event that is
under the age of 18.
- To respect the needs and privacy of other members.
General Information
- We will never divulge any member's address to any third party or
publish it in the 'Trailer'. They will only be used for club communication
purposes.
- Respect for all members' privacy will be uppermost in the running
of the club. Confidentiality and discretion will at all times be
assured.
- The membership renewal date will be 1 January each year. If this
date is ever changed, we will give you adequate notice.
- Current membership fees, listed in Join Us are per unit and are non refundable.
- The club will be non-profit making. Any spare funds will be used
for the benefit of the then current members.
Membership will be withdrawn if these guidelines
are not honoured.
